I would like to hear from those that have made a payment for inspection and latter on in a year or two hear from those that have actually used it. No warranty ins company plans on going broke. Like any ins company they make huge amounts of money. Someone's covering the costs. Those cost aren't covered for free.
It will cost more than $100.00 per year. My guess is 2-250.00.
The following need to be done yearly and at 90.00 per hr for labor
1. Inspect roof and seal where necessary
2. Axle and hub lube
3. Furnace - annually inspect and clean blower and combustion chamber. Control compartment,
remove any dust, lint, and obstructions. Test for gas line leaks.
4. Hot water heater - flush holding tank, manually operate pressure temperature relief valve, and
clean burner tube as outlined by the manufacturer.
I just don't see all that being done for $100.00.
