That is how it was explained to us. The specific question I asked was, "If we are in Arizona and the A/C dies, do I have to bring it back to North Carolina for repairs?" I was told, "No. Go to any RV dealer and from there call the Warranty Forever number. They will pay that dealer directly for any repair or replacement. You do not pay up front and then request reimbursement, and there is no copay."
As we intend on keeping the Greyhawk for some time, I expect we will use the warranty at some point. When we do, I'll update this thread at that time. I hope others who have the Warranty Forever coverage will do that as well.
