Anyone ever converted an enclosed trailer into a toyhauler?

Our first toy hauler we built ourselves. It started life as a 24' enclosed car hauler. I added a full marine bath, kitchen, A/C, genny, drop down queen bed, etc.... The hard part was finding the holding tanks that fit between the floor joist and did not hang to low. I ended up with 30 gal. of fresh water and 15 gal. each black and grey water. I ran this trailer for ten years without any major trouble until I recently upgraded to a Raptor.
