Just some more options to make your decision harder:
We went from a toy hauler to a truck camper pulling an enclosed trailer. We did this because we wanted a bigger garage without a bigger footprint We are 45' long with trailer). You will have to compromise some living space in a truck camper, but you can take your garage with you when you have toys or leave it behind when you don't. My truck with camper is under 22' long so fits most regular parking spots which opens up many areas we could not go when towing something.
