We owned one for a year (we posted on the link above). Although very nice on the outside, how it was put together was very lacking. Our main problem was the fresh water holding tank as was others. If you read the IRV2 forum, you will see what I am talking about. Also, if it has the tankless water heater, it can be very frustrating as it is near impossible to get it working properly. Luckily it didn't effect our unit, but their were several instances of slide problems. Hopefully you won't have too many issues, but be prepared for potential problems (as in any new RV).
