I purchased from Funtown about a year ago. The purchase process was very easy and straightforward without any surprises. Namon was my salesman and I would recommend him highly. I actually purchased at the Dallas RV show and then finalized the next day at their lot.
I did have a problem that was caused by the manufacturer installing the wrong size tires on my travel trailer. These tires were undersized and not rated for the weight of the trailer. I didn't catch this till about 9 months after purchase while on a 3,000 mile trip. The tires were failing due to being overloaded. I chose to replace one tire while on the trip and replaced the other one prior to the manufacturer having the opportunity to correct the issue.
Unfortunately, not knowing better I replaced with the same size underrated tires since I had not yet noticed that the tires were incorrectly sized.
Long story, but the bottom line is that Forest River was willing to provide the correct sized tires, however, they didn't reimburse me for the replacement tires. FUNTOWN stepped up and reimbursed me for the tires as a goodwill gesture.
I'll admit that at first I was upset with Funtown, but after it was all done I am satisfied with their response to the situation. I am now in the market for a larger travel trailer and will definitely try to purchase from Funtown again.
