I'm the same, I usually need to see & touch what I'm buying but we are very limited for choice when it comes to FW purchase. The Rockwood Signature or flagstaff Classic is the only one that ticks all the boxes, mainly that of the GVWR being under 10,000#.
This is the crucial weight for towing in Aus. The door in the rear is a bonus as this is another requirement. Everything else needs conversion including removing aircon(s).
I was of the same opinion that cash talks, but maybe too risky for us to wait & see.
you might see if there is a 220 V (cant remember the term for the way ya'll do the single phase) to 110V 60H converter you can add to the rv
