you might see if there is a 220 V (cant remember the term for the way ya'll do the single phase) to 110V 60H converter you can add to the rv
Courtesy of the US Navy, I've lived on Antigua - 230V/60H and Japan 100V/50H.
Surprisingly - it really wasn't an issue for most appliances.
True the Whirlpool washer and dryer timers ran a little slow in Japan. But they worked great for 12 years in the US after four years on 50H electricity.
Television, microwave, computers - no problem.
Dometic and Norcold both sell fridges, air conditioners and many other RV products in Australia.
Stepdown transformers are common and available in 230V countries like the UK and their former colonies such as Australia.
I would be more concerned about 50Amp if taking a rig to Australia. Not sure the caravan parks have 50Amp electricity available. If I remember right from my Australia RV internet friends - 15A is most common there.
Many US brand 5th wheels are available in Australia - for a LOT of money. I don't think the different electrical standard is that big of an issue.
A 2013 Montana Mountaineer 326RLT list for AUD 137,900 - or - $124,000 US dollars.
A 2010 Chevy 2500HD runs about AUD 120,000 - $107,916.
For a $35,000 fiver and $42,000 for the truck - $78,000 - in the US, he has a lot of room to pay for shipping since that is about 1/3 the cost of the same in Australia.
I'm sure he will also have to pay some taxes - but I'm pretty sure he's done the research.
