Anything bigger than a Smart car?

One of the main reasons we will stick to the Attitude line when we upgrade. Still can get 16ft of loading space with them.

They used to make open floor plans in the Toy haulers. Our 2006 WW SLC3505 has that and 19.5' of cargo space. The largest garages are only about 12-14'. You might be able to extend the length, but you will give up cargo because of the increased weight. We like the open plan. Since the kids are almost grown and out of the house, we are thinking about going back to a truck camper in the next couple years and getting rid of the hauler.

We looked at Millennium, Feather Lite and inTech before going to a truck camper and enclosed trailer.

I looked at Featherlite too, and a few other brands which I can't remember the names of. At the time, I wanted camping and Jeep hauling capabilities.
The truck camper was the best option, and most affordable, though it's small.
I don't even have a Jeep anymore, but still have a the big race trailer that I hauled the Jeep in once.

A friend of mine found out with his Class A that the frame on his motorhome was not made to haul more than 3000lbs accordng to the owners manual. Alot of motorhomes use truck chassis that they weld an extention on to fit the motorhome length. He had about $3000 of welding work done to beef up the motorhome frame..

A Class A pulling a trailer isn't much different than my truck with camper pulling one. However, mine is shorter overall with 4wd and the ability to leave the camper at camp. We went to this setup from a toy hauler to get more cargo space and capacity without adding to overall length.

If i were to hauler a heavy toy i would switch to a class a with a trailer in tow. Maybe im getting old but its what i desire now. Easy setup, easy load and i can share my history of Meds with those that understand.

X3, when I had my WW SLC 3705 I carried a Jeep TJ in it, door was set up for 3500lbs per axle and had 6000 LBS CCC, not to mention a winch built in to load and unload with as well as reinforcing under the floor for the extra weight along with 5k tie downs bolted to the frame, all options from WW. Always had a bunch of lookers when we loaded or unloaded the Jeep as well as the Vette when we had it onboard. Shame they are not still in business. Ah, the good old days!
