Our Open Range is a 2009 337RLS and was the 162nd unit OR built. At first they had some problems but heck everyone has some startup problems. We probably have around 35-40000 miles on ours and still love it. You will not find a company that is as willing to work with you if you do have a problem. I would not hesitate to purchase another one. FYI Open Range is now a stand alone company owned by Jayco. It is called Highland Ridge home of Open Range. They are in the same building plus 2 more bigger ones where they started. Randy Graber, who started Open Range is still with the company.
