Are researations needed most of there time anymore?

Here in Ohio a lot of the state parks are booked up the month of October as they do Fall Festivals and Halloween camp outs. The one near me books full as soon as reservations are allowed. They do have some walk in sites but most of those get taken up on Thursday before the weekend.
