After looking for 2 years and seeing the same issues you mention we finally pulled the trigger on a Grand Design Momentum 380. They made 3 versions of Toy Haulers from a manufacturing perspective they are top notch. But the floor layout may not be for everyone, and that is true with all Toy Haulers. Hope this helps.
