Standard Queen, not RV queen. 80 x 60
BUT
The bed SUCKS. It's nothing more than a huge chunk of foam and it is NOT comfortable.
Get a plush topper for the bed and you'll actually sleep. We bought a 3" topper and it's tolerable.
