The small axles and wheels concerned me. I actually had one on order and planned on upgrading the axles post delivery. However Eclipse hadn't even started my build by the expected delivery date (9 weeks after I paid for it). If a company can't keep a production schedule, I didn't really trust them to build a quality trailer any longer. May or may not hold true for Eclipse, but I noon get cared to find out, because it also would have meant summer would have been over my the time I got it.
I can say that with huge trailers like that (my Creekside is almost 39' overall) tail swing is a big deal on tight trails. I've smashed both corners already when the trailer clipped trees trying to make tight turns on off-banked turns, which caused he trailer to also crab to the outside due to the dirt giving way.
