I would say because hikers and horses dont go out with intent to cause destruction.
Like I said, there are always going to be those that ruin it for everyone who just wants to appreciate the beauty of our great country. Wether they be on, foot, car, train, motorcycle, subway or bus. Throw all the insults you want at me. I am not the one out destroying land. We have hiked many hundreds of hours in Utah, and yet to see anyone on foot defacing anything. Your insults to forum members arent going to change whats happening in this country.
