The thermal breakers are usually sold in pairs at just about any RV parts supply. They come with the ends installed.
When you install the new one, make sure that it is positioned away from, not above, the flue. On most heaters, that means that it will be bent 90 degrees to the left as you look at the heater.
BTW, your heater will work just fine without it until you can get a new one. Just connect the wire to the terminal that the breaker was attached to.
