The word , “Quality” is hard to use in the same sentence with RV Manufacturers. I was an Engineer and spent almost 44 years in manufacturing, dealing with, instituting and training in manufacturing and quality processes. I don’t see it in RV manufacturing. As stated, if they have faith in what they manufacture, why don’t they offer better, longer warranties? “Excellent Service” should reflect on the end product, not getting something fixed during the PDI, or shortly there after. Quality processes and quality checks DURING AND AFTER the manufacturing process is SADLY lacking! We accept these bad manufacturing processes and say, “all well, all RV’s have their issues”!?! THAT SHOULDNT BE A PART OF THE CONVERSATION!! These stinking manufacturers need to produce a better product, and the more they charge, the better the quality SHOULD be., ( but I don’t see it). I really don’t think the manufacturers care... build, ship them out, fix them while under warranty, then the consumer is on the hook after that!

I would be interested in what they offer. I know the quality of their " repaired" US units was not exactly brilliant. The otginal US units must have been pretty bad if they had to mention they needed " moification" to make them.acceptable
