Great customer service is nothing more than a MFG admitting that they can't build a better RV.
Instead of saying we can fix it better than others, why don't they go a different route and say ours need fixing less often.
Problem is GD is in the Elkhart loop of MFG's. Same problems, different day.

As some one else mentioned, all the manufacturers have problems! So you put down the one that offers an alternative of actually standing by their product to buying from one of the other manufacturers that let you “hang in the wind” at the mercy of un caring dealers? My money is on Grand Design!
