Awning led lights did work...

I have a 2014 Columbus 320rs. The led awning lights became dim so I figured it'd be a pretty simple fix. I replaced the light strip and rather than hard wire them I installed a plug so that if I had to replace them again it'd be a quick job. So I had it all done, hit the switch and all was good. Then I did a little tidying up with the wires and when I hit the switch, NOTHING! I pulled on the wires slightly and they flashed but now no matter what I try I can't get them to come on. The porch light is on the same switch and works. I'm guessing some bare wire touched possibly and maybe blew an inline fuse somewhere but I can't find one. Even tried another strip but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
