Is there a stamp or ID tag located on the axles anywhere to ID them as to what weight capacity they can carry? {Haven't really looked yet} My trailer has drum brakes with leaf springs and shocks, six...

Look for a decal on center of axle. It should have model and serial #. Go to axle manufacturer website and should be able to cross reference it. Also, the sticker on the front Street side of the trailer should have axle gvwr posted there.
