Had a friend who had a forest river, salem I think it was, and he had issues on his across Canada trip, and the dealer claimed it was his fault, so he ended up going and having it worked on when he got home, the RV outfit he went to ended up replacing both axles, all the springs and told him that his were also bare minimum for his unit and that they went bigger to solve the issues, I have heard from more than a few about the use of the bare minimum when building units.
