B & W companion fifth wheel question
Another newbi question I had my new b & w companion installed in my gmc 3500 dually today and found that the handle that releases the jaws of the fifth wheel is out of my reach my arm isn't long enoug...

They are too far towards the front of the truck to help with the hitch aren't they. I looked at them, and this on is priced a lot lower than the ones they had a couple years ago, but they only help you reach the back of the bed on one side.
I mounted mine directly in front of the rear tire. It's the perfect spot to reach the hitch handle and connect the break-away cable.
