Another newbi question I had my new b & w companion installed in my gmc 3500 dually today and found that the handle that releases the jaws of the fifth wheel is out of my reach my arm isn't long enoug...

we use the two step ladder also. slipped when trying to stand on top of rear wheel and nearly broke ribs. will not do that anymore.
