I wouldn't say it's more difficult, just a little different because of the pivot point. You will have a learning curve but the stability towing more than makes up for it! All you will need is a little practice and you'll be fine.
+2 I get out, look, and plan my approach. I pull the rear of the fiver about 10 feet past the spot where I want to park it. I then begin the backing process. My fiver is 40'. I have to add that the wide front axle of my F-450 makes the task a lot easier.
