Backing up your rig.
So how many of you count on you mirrors backing up, or are you old school and turn your head back 180 to look or both?

Guess I'm in the minority. I've backed trailers since before I had a driver's license and can put a trailer just where I want it turning around and using mirrors only as necessary. I made the mistake of not forcing myself to back with mirrors years ago and backing boats, I had good visibility without mirrors. I'll still cut the wrong way occassionally with mirrors but in recent years I force myself to use only mirrors if I have enough space that I'm not worried about hitting something if I cut the wrong way.
