- maddog348ExplorerOP asked ".....does anyone know who makes an rv with flush toilets? Thanks!..."
I don't see where he asked for a residental style toilet. Yes mine also flushes BUT I must hold the pedal down to add water to the bowl. Maybe thinking of automatic system to add water to the bowl.
Also didn't indicate what "TYPE" of RV he was asking about.
Wish OP would clarify.
JM2¢ ~~ YMMV - ReneeGExplorerWait. I thought what I had was a "flush" toilet. I have to flush it to empty it. It uses water unlike a pit toilet found at most FS campgrounds.
- LwiddisNomadMy goodness! We are RVers not those seeking to make a stick and brick house from an RV.
- TerryallanExplorer IIPretty sure many "Parks" models have a flush toilet. However as mentioned. You would have to hard plumb into the CG sewer system. they don't have holding tanks either, and are not really designed to be towed. they are made to sit in one place. Much like a mobile home
- VeebyesExplorer IIVacu flush?
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIIDomestic 320 is da chit.
- ScottGNomadNobody does and unless you remove the tank and install a sewer pipe with the appropriate pitch, your going to have problems.
- LwiddisNomadI just don’t see a need to replace the RV toilet. Are you partially filling the bowl prior to doing number two?
- fj12ryderExplorer IIIDoesn't sound like a good idea to me. The water tank sitting above the toilet base would put a lot of stress on the floor where the base would be bolted down. And as was mentioned you'd go though a lot of water pretty quickly.
- MFLNomad IIWelcome to the forum! Not sure why you would want a flush toilet with a tank? Most RV toilets flush quite well. I have a Dometic 310 with porcelain bowl that works well. If you add water, before major job use, it flushes very well.
To answer your question...I don't know of any RV maker with a house/tank style flush toilet.
