Battery cable lug sizes

Have a disconnect switch to install but the switch requires 3/8 inch lug size. Batteries have 5/16 lugs. Batteries are here at home so know they are 5/16. Camper is one hour away in storage. Is the ground cable lug attached to the camper frame a 3/8 or 5/16 lug? Planning on placing disconnect switch to negative/ ground cable. Need to know what size cable lug needed to hook up switch. 2017 Montana 3611 with two 12 volt group 27 batteries in parallel. Thanks

    Finally drilled out one lug with bit I have. Now looks like an
    "oval". Thanks, Ca Traveler

    Tried the drill route and it takes awhile or I don't have the right drill bit. Can order cable with any size lugs, awg and length a lot easier. I see a "reamer" drill bit might work but they are more expensive than the correct cable with the right lugs. Thanks

    Verify your battery terminals. I do not use 12 volt batteries on my rig, but I remember the terminals being 5/16 on one and 3/8 on other.
