I'm not familiar with the Bay Hill model but we've owned a Bighorn 3055RL since August of 2010 and it still looks new inside and out. No major issues, only problems with one of the cabinet hinges above the sofa. Ours came with a fireplace and being one that previously thought they were a frivolity, I now am sold on this fuel efficient way to keep the place warm. With the hydraulic front landing gear and slides (3), with electric in the back, no problems. This is our first time with an electric awning and it's fantastic. Oh, talking about that, it came with two Fantastic fans and one AC unit. After a hot summer, we had a second installed in the bedroom and moved the Fantastic fan to the toilet room. We've camped in late Fall and have been comfortable inside with minimal furnace use supplementing with a Heater Buddy. We spend as much time as we can with our rig and love it. Best of luck in your decision. I hope someone with a Bay Hill can provide feedback for you.
