good to hear positive results to tough situation. On the towing thing, been there, done that. Why can't the dispatchers understand the first time what you're towing, etc.? On two separate occasions have had a tow truck driver arrive only to say, "my truck can't tow that, you need a bigger rig".
And I now have upgraded my AAA to platinum, after paying that $400.00 bill. They were the only ones that got it right and sent a big rig tow. Since getting rid of the 2005 TV have not had to use it (knock on wood).
