After I purchased our new trailer my Dad asked if I had the dealer repack the bearings. I didn't think much about it until I found all the poor assembly and other new trailer problems and at that point I figured it was a good idea to check the wheel bearings. Yep the factory did a poor job packing the bearings and had grease in the brakes. Now that I know I would not pull a new trailer off the lot until the dealer packed the wheel bearings.
