Even with RV towing insurance the dispatcher never seems to understand what your towing needs are. I lost a wheel in I17 north of Phoenix a few years ago and after two different incorrect tow rigs, the driver of the second rig called in a "Landoll" With that they hauled my truck and 40 foot toy hauler all in one piece.
Next time I'll just tell the dispatcher I need a Landoll. If they don't know what I am talking about I'll ask to speak to someone else.
I also had a nice driver pass me and tell me I had lost a wheel.
