I have pictures from a Redwood owner - his problems is that the sheeting under the bed slide was pulling up - the metal strips were installed to take care of the issue.
The metal plates on mine have a Redwood part number.
One of my emails from crossroads:
I have a recommendation, part #231660 is a flat powder coated piece of steel. I have used these in the past on other types of slides and I will bet $1.00 it will work here without getting into a bunch of body work. These are about 6” wide and the rollers roll on it. They are screwed (countersunk) and sealed to the bottom of the slide floor and add structure and a smooth surface. I know we have some due here today. I wish I could get you a picture but, I left the house without my phone! I could show you what it is tomorrow though…

I neglected to mention that is a Redwood part.
Installed on our unit. There is no friction between the roller and the plate so the plate no drags on top of the rollers. Have not found a solution for that yet. Maybe a little of the grip strips that are put on steps.
