Got the converter in and wired up. Batteries were at 10.3 v disconnected. With converter connected, 14.3 v, and the heater fires up and warms the 5ver like it should.
Now for the discovery: my 12v lights are much brighter, but they seem to flicker. Also, the converters fan comes on about every 5 minutes for about 2 secinds then shuts off.
Could this be because the batteries were low and its trying to being them back up? Will it level out and the flickering stops?
Converter is a powermax pm3-35 35 amp 3 stage.
