Supply to converter is 117 v ac, output to the batteries right now is 10.3 to 11.1 and fluctuates up and diwn which results in the 12v lights being dim and flickering like a candle. I just pulled the converter again to check connections. When i reconnected it to ac it starts charging at 14.5. Which is what it should do to bring the batteries back up and then level around 13.6. Problem is, in about 20 mins its going to drop back to that low unstable power.
