I bent the awning arms on our awning by not retracting the awning before a wind event.
The dealer where we purchased our RV had a pile of awning parts and pieces that they had salvaged from other awning repairs. I was able to pull out both pieces that were needed to repair the damage.
Maybe your dealer would let you look through their old awning parts too.
