What is your idea of full timing?
What is your truck?
How often will you tow?
How heavy are you willing to go?
What campsites will you stay at?
How many slides?
What amenities?

Not enough information to give you a good answer. Reality is until you get into the really high end custom stuff, they all use the same appliances and building methods. Some just put more lipstick on the pig...
30 feet is plenty big enough to full time in, if it matches your expectations. Likewise a "non-full time" rig can do just fine, especially if you are following the weather seasonally.
