We love our 2005 Cardinal 29WBLX. It has two slides, Camper King 72x80 bed, nice computer desk below the living room TV and two recliners that look straight on at the TV. In weights just over 12K ready to snowbird for the winter.
I would maybe be more concerned about the tires for a long trip vs the unit staying together. Special Trailer(ST) are the achilles heal of most 5th wheel trailers for extended freeway travel. Then add some hot SW weather and it is even worse.
