I was looking to replace my 2007 Excel 28RT and wanted to stay under 30' and wanted a quality built rig. Only thing I found even close was Arctic Fox as far as quality goes. In the end decided to just keep what I have and change the few things I don't like and they are few. Just like to make a change sometimes. May consider adding auto level system. If you can find a used Excel in the length you are looking for I would look at it. They are a very well built unit.
