You will freeze to death in that thing! How can you compare your 1 1/2" thick sidewalls to the 6" thick sidewalls of a house in that area. Quick find an apartment or at least a mobile home while you can. In good condition that wouldn't be good for much less than 30 degrees above zero. I'm being honest with you. Much more than the crook that sold you that thing. I've lived with below zero Winter temps all my life. I know what I'm talking about..
