Fair enough! I'm relocating for work, so the house is being sold regardless. We're starting a new small business in Utah, so no bank is going to give us a mortgage for about 2 years. I could RENT a house for two years, but that's terribly expensive. Or we could buy the trailer and at least have something of value after 2 years when we're ready to buy a house again (vs renting and having nothing).
