Hi,
I'm glad you are trying to get "all your ducks in a row", but living long term in a smallish space is hard work.
You might try living in your existing house using just one toilet and one shower. Don't use the living room or family room. See how it works for a couple of weeks.
I would NOT buy a brand new unit. They often have issues that take months to sort out. Where do you live while that is happening?
I'd been RV'ing since 2000 and when I went full time it was a LOT harder than I expected.
You may need to sort out good internet access as campgrounds may not be "up to snuff" in that area.
