2500 grunt,
Have you used your Amped yet? It looks like one I might be interested in. Do you have any feedback about it? I would also like to be able to use my truck bed. I'm downsizing from a big 5th to a smaller 5th or bumper pull. The Amped looks good.
Thanks
Dwight
I only have one dune trip in it so far (about 500 miles) but really like it. It tows great and has a lot of things that no other TT has in this price range. We dry camp a lot so the 176 gal of water is huge for us. The entire outside is the same as a fifth wheel as far as storage goes except the LP tanks are over the tongue. Led interior lights, 4 bay battery tray, battery disconnect switch, high, curved interior ceiling, step up into the bedroom (just like a FW), roomy walk in shower and bath, bedroom is completely separate from rest of trailer with shut door, 2 separate fuel tanks (40 gal toy tank and 18 gal. genny tank), upgraded stereo with sub and flashing led interior lights, 8' ramp door not 7' like most others, upper cabinets have mesh storage for above them and outside controller with speakers, exterior gas stub for grill, full walk on roof. Feels just like a fifth wheel on the inside and exterior storage is the same if not more than a fifth wheel AND...I still have my 8' truck bed for stuff which is huge for me. In the shop for warranty work. Microwave did not work and awning has a seam tear in it but that's a Lippert product. Dealer here in Phoenix is doing a great job for me! Paid $43000 for it. I've been looking for about a year and a half at toy haulers and this is the first TT TH of it's kind especially with the "Z frame technology". I have ran it over the scales and it came in at 13000k Gross which is just under my truck's GVWR so it's a perfect match. I was about to pull the trigger on the Attitude 32' FW b/c it had 16' of storage and it was light weight but the Attitudes and the Stellar's to me seemed like just an average Chevy type TH and I was going to lose my truck bed to a FW hitch. Looked at the Sand Sport ones too but they are too pricey for what they are offering.
