I've been researching this too. In searching the forums, I made a bunch of notes. I haven't chosen one yet.
Here is my list:
Meguiar's Flagship Premium Marine Wax
Rejex coating (not a wax, more like opticoat?)
Collinite wax
Aerospace 303 for vinyl graphics, plastics, etc (UV protectant)
NuFinish
Meguiar's next generation tech wax 2.0
Red Max Pro 3# / Zepp - there was a lot of discussion about this but I never could figure out why. It is a floor restoration product people were hot about using on RVs a few years ago.
Some waxes can smear the color of decals/graphics. Many people recommended not waxing the graphics and using 303 aerospace on them.
However, there were a lot of people saying the just wax them. So, you may want to test your wax on a decal in a place that isn't obvious if you are going to use wax on decals.
If you want to pay somebody to wax your RV, I found a few detailing guys on a detailing forum discussing pricing. They were quoting people $10-$15 per ft (at $10/ft a 30 ft trailer is $300). Some detail guys won't do RVs because there is so much area to wax.
Most people focus on single pass waxes because of the surface area of an RV. You don't want to do two coats. It sounds like most people use wax that is easy to work with -- goes on by hand and does not require buffers.
