Something I have found out is warranties are only as good as the dealer you purchased from. I had a 1yr warranty on my trailer but good luck getting them to fix anything.
There is no "Best" toyhauler out there. EVERY one of them have stories of quality issues out there if you search hard enough. Reality is its more luck of the draw and what you happen to drive off the lot with. You can do you best to identify things with the PDI but you still don't really know what you have until you've had it out a few times to work the bugs out.
