Thanks Darin and Jim. All good points. I have looked at the GD and like the perceived quality. I think being a young company trying to get a foothold is important too. They may try harder. I also like warranties and will extend it out as long as feasible if for no other reason but the simplicity of getting work done.
When I dug deeper into my research, I found little things that aren't advertised much that could make a difference such as standard dual pane windows and extra insulation standard. It's really hard to keep track. I really like the zero g rear doors of the voltage. My four year old girl put the door up on one at an RV show last weekend by herself. That makes it much easier to set up the patio rails when the door will just rest there by itself.
I also dislike having off-name entertainment components. The salesman tried to tell me "don't underestimate how good they are. These are made to bounce around and the main companies aren't." That's BS. I have aftermarket Sony in my MH and they work fine. Seeing a Samsung tv in it could sway my decision if I were on a fence trying to decide which one to get.
