- fj12ryderExplorer IIIWell, we'll just have to agree to disagree on that one. :)
- lincsterExplorerIt will
- fj12ryderExplorer IIIHasn't happened yet. :)
- lincsterExplorerDon't use grease fittings, you will blow out the seals.
- Chuck_GailExplorerBeen using Dexter EZ-Lube fittings for many years, never had any trouble. Just use MANUAL grease gun, pump slow, and turn wheel while doing it. I use Mobil synthetic wheel bearing grease.

Thanks for pointing that out Dr.. I was wondering if I could save time each season with a zerk caps.
A don't know about everyone, or what the recommended service intervals are. I don't believe you need to be replacing bearings and seals all the time. Iv had good luck carefully removing everything except the seals. Check the brakes. Cleaning, Re-packing and good for another 5000 miles. - fj12ryderExplorer IIII use the zerk fittings with no issues, as do lots of other people. People rarely post on a forum how well their grease fittings are working, and their trailer bearings didn't fail today. :)

- tanman32225ExplorerI use Lucas brand Red and Tacky. What a great grease for bearings.
- WI_BowhunterExplorerI use standard Wheel bearing grease most of which are considered high temp. I personally like Mystic JT-7.
