How do you know they don't....once again see you BFG dealer.
Neither was my sons BFG Commercials on his trailer but his area BFG dealer exchanged all 4 for new Commercial T/A.
Some folks report BFG 1-800/email tech folks and some BFG dealers has been less than helpful on this subject but some BFG owners report some dealers making things right regardless.

Uniroyal Laredo HD-H and same tire line of BFG Commercial T/A both have had excellent service record for over 15 years. At one time both had the same tread pattern. Then in the '10-'12 era both tires started throwing treads and separation issues. It seem odd all of a sudden one line of tires suddenly has issues.
Michelin (BFG /Uniroyal owner) also has had issues with certain lines of LT tires but those were more of a sidewall cracking/checking issue.
