Heartland products have a great owners club and forum plus nobody has better customer service than Heartland. Very easy to contact anyone in the company including, Brand Managers, Parts managers and and on up the line. Nothing wrong with the Cedar Creek products but I think Heartland is a cut above..Besides that 3070 model with the high ceilings is MIGHTY NICE!
