Yeah they are right. I have big foot levelers too. You have to calibrate the system to show it what level is. Then on different surfaces it will remember that. Just as an example when i first calibrated mine i had the back slightly lower then the front by accident. Then no matter where I was it would always level it the same way with the back slightly lower until i eventually decided to calibrate it again..
