went out to loadup and go camping and this happened, evidently it jumped the track at the top, basically grenaded itself when i tried to retract the slide. now i cant even move the slide and waiting ...

The windows are closed, correct? You need to put the shades up to verify the windows are closed prior to pulling the slides in.
These slides really only work right if the trailer is parked and leveled. If its trying to push the slide uphill, its gonna struggle. The other thing, is the tracks need to be kept clean (think wash the slides while they are out) and lubed with silicon spray lube. Try no to carry extra stuff in the slide. It just weighs it down and makes it too difficult for the little motors to move.
